ALL RATES INCLUDE:

• The cost of $996 USD R.T.Charter from Cancun to the Lodge.
• Deluxe seaside accommodations all meals and drinks, and use of all recreational equipment.
• Fishing rates include guide & boat beverages.
• This package includes soft drinks, beer and domestic spirits during the stay. Rates do not include special alcoholic beverages, use of the phone, laundry, guide or staff gratuities. See Drinks Included

NOTE: Wifi available in restricted areas such as the dining and bar. Works fine for calls, social media and streaming.

PARTIAL WEEK ITINERARIES:

• Should begin or end on a saturday, the lodge will NOT accept reservations which span a saturday since this would eliminate the possibility of booking 2 full week packages.
• Additional air charter charges will apply to all flights taken on a day other than Saturday.

NOTES:

• Special arrival or departure days will be charged according to air rates quoted at reservation moment.
• On 5-night rates, when groups of less than 4 persons reserve, special air fare rates will be charged.

AIR CHARTER SURCHARGES

• Costs of air charter are included in the above rates tables and apply ONLY to flights on
  Saturday as schedule published by the company.For all late arrivals, early departures and / or partial week itineraries, a surcharge will apply based on the number of passengers:
• 1 Passenger = US$1,992
• 2 Passenger. = US$996, per person
• 3 Passenger = US$664, per person
• 4 Passenger = US$498, per person

Anglers reserving space for a non-fishing guest and a fishing guest, sharing a room / single boat should add US$470 to the DO fishing rate.

TARPON LAGOON FISHING

Is very limited and not guaranteed. Requests must be made prior to your trip and will only be considered upon receipt of all rates according to our policy. Lodge manager reserves the right to protect the Tarpon Lagoon and its biodiversity.

GRATUITY

Recommended tip for a fishing guide: A minimum of US $100 – $150 per day / per boat. Recommended tip for lodge staff: US$20 – US$30 per night or US$120 – US$200 per week per guest. Received by Host and divided among staff according to established policy and previous agreement.

GUIDE & ROOM REQUESTS

All guests of Casa Blanca Fishing Lodge may request a specific room or guide assignment for their stay.

Guide & Room requests are determined by a “first pay, first choice” policy. Guest reserving and paying according to policy, “first”  for a particular space will have priority when Guide & Room assignments are determined. If monies are not received according to policy (see Reservations & Deposit section), Guide & Room request may be altered without notice by Casa Blanca / Playa Blanca Staff. No Guide & Room are guaranteed. Our staff will do their best to honor all requests, although circumstances may arise which may make this impossible like a Guide may be sick and be unable to work a particular week.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation
• Reservation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival at the lodge, require 100% payment
• A full refund less a $750 USD per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations requests received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the property.
• We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.

REFUND POLICY:

• No refunds will apply for cancellations received within 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge.
• No refunds will apply for unused portion of the trip.
• No refunds will be issued for cancelled trips unless the cancelled spots are successfully filled, either by Casa Blanca Fishing Lodge or by the client’s group. In such cases, a refund may be issued only for the amounts recovered, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
• If a trip is cancelled due to a hurricane tropical storm or any other catastrophic event, Casa Blanca Fishing Lodge will make every reasonable effort to offer alternate dates or to credit all payments towards a future replacement week, subject to availability. No guarantee is made. Should rescheduling or a replacementweek not possible, Casa Blanca Fishing Lodge will retain all deposits and payments made by the client.
• In the event that full payment is not received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and resell the space, retaining all payments made.
• Payment of any deposit or balance constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms & conditions.
